Most entries so far focussed on individual models. Shieldwolf Miniatures however caters to people who envision full armies of Orcs and Goblins. Their first Greenskins where plastic Mountain Orcs, which expanded into a range of mountain Orc heroes and their more armoured Valley Orc counterparts.
Shieldwolf Miniatures’ Orcs feature far more monstrous grimaces than most Orcs out there, which initially divided a lot of people. But since they’re plastic, it wouldn’t be hard to change them if you dont fancy savage expressions on your savage Orcs. The heroes, of which there are several more than I’ve shown, as well as the Wyvern come in resin. 20 Orcs cost 25€ and the coresponding heroes are around 10€ each.
Shieldwolf Miniatures also released some resin Goblin heroes early on. There was a Wolf Rider initially as well, which is currently not available on their website. However, Shieldwolf Miniatures try to fill a niche in producing a plastic Forest Goblin Kit, which can be backed on Kickstarter right now. It is their second attempt on this particular project and the new one offers far more customisation and more units than their last effort.
If you fancy Shieldwolfs miniatures, you can find them on Facebook and on their homepage. Most probably some models of the existing ranges will be made available on their Kickstarter campaign as well, so if you want to help them to fund, have a look. All pictures above belong to Shieldwolf Miniatures.
